Farm Grown (REAL) Organically Grown Chocolate Peppermint Dried Bundle

   This bundle can be used for decor, and aromatic purposes. But also, is the absolute BEST way to store for tea and other medicinal purposes.  The whole herb stores much much more of the medicinal elements than crushed, powdered or even cut herbs do.  So buying it whole by the oz, or whole as bundle like this one, is going to get you the best quality, and the highest level of medicinal compounds.

   The CHOCOLATE Peppermint is one of the strongest peppermint varieties, for both medicinal and culinary uses.  It has a strong, intense flavor.  

   This bundle measures about 22" in length.  So there is a LOT of peppermint here.  At LEAST 15 servings (which I say is about 4 leaves and the stems that are accompanying them). Its difficult to weigh the bundle exactly, but  I would say that it probably weighs about 2 oz

   All of my herb bundles have been recently harvested and dried, this summer.  So they're of optimal freshness and quality.  

   I grow everything on my regenerative farm which uses BETTER than so called organic techniques.  Everything is all natural, NO chemicals. NONE.  Not even the "organic" ones.

    My gardens and orchards are a safe haven and refuge for native wildlife and natural ecosystems.  We use regenerative farming and permaculture techniques, which concentrate on polyculture planting, allowing native plants to live and thrive amongst your planted garden items,  and building super healthy soil that improves year after year as opposed to being drained and depleted year after year and having to resort to chemical fertilizers and then.... that leads to the use of chemical "pest" controls.  SOIL BUILDING is the KEY to having a REAL organic garden. And unfortunately, even the farms that get their little "USDA Organic" sticker, STILL haven't figured out that real organic growing is about the soil, and the ecosystem. NOT about using products that have been deemed "organic" by the government. 

   Having healthy soil, starts the building of a native ecosystem that invites all of the little critters in that keep your garden humming and in balance.  After a few years of using this system, you begin to see very few problems.   Either with insect infestations, or with things like fungal diseases.  Building continuously on TOP of the soil, keeps bad fungal and disease issues below the surface where they can't do damage.  And with layers and layers of organic matter, the below the surface is teeming with organisms that keep the SOIL disease free, and full of food to offer your plants.   This is just a very short condensed description.  It is much more detailed than this, but you get the picture.  We need MORE FARMS in this country and around the world, that focus on this kind of farming.  Instead of big mono culture farms, and farms who till every year and kill and chop up all the wonderful organisms in the soil that keep the plants healthy in the process.
